• Seat allotment of candidates is subject to availability of subject / course combination at the time of admission in college within the permissible seat limit.
• Colleges will confirm admission only after verifying the data entered by the candidate with online resources, and in case of dispute , the decision of the college will be final.
• In case of any ambiguity, the College may call the student to present himself and the original documents asked to the concerned authority.
• It is the responsibility of the candidate to keep user id and password obtained via SMS safe. Please do not share these details to anyone. College will not be responsible for misuse of credentials.

Refund/Return and Cancellation Policy

• Registration fee and admission fee, once paid, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Application forms, once generated, are non-transferable.
• Y.D. PG College, Lakhimpur Kheri will not be refunding any amount to cyber cafe and to the candidates once the Application form is generated/paid.
• If any duplicate payment occurs, student are advised to contact to college with their application form and proof of both transaction ids.
